Half-pigs are transported in appropriate vehicle for transporting fresh pork – Cool Truck (Temp 0 – 4oC, with pig piece rack, could seal) according to QCVN 01-100:2012/BNNPTNT

All traceability information and steps must be done according to Decision No. 6079/QD-UBND of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee

The time from the pig enters the slaughterhouse to the pig is slaughtered, which is 2 hours
